CRAFT: A celebration of dedication, hard work, and creativity.
CRAFT is a four-day event celebrating the best of Singapore's crafters, artists, and artisans centered around fine food and drink hosted by A for Arbite. This fabulous new restaurant will be serving up its own fusion cuisine and unique drinks while playing host to live workshops, demonstrations, artworks, and interactive experiences.
CRAFT kicks off on Thursday, September 26th with a poetry slam organized by Word Forward. Friday night is the Homebrew Beer Evening, featuring a number of home brewers discussing and serving up their creations for all to taste! On Saturday, A for Arbite will be transformed into a mini-hall for the first full day of CRAFT, including an all-day outdoor picnic. Visitors will be able to try some of the new A for Arbite menu items and check out fun, hand-fashioned items on display: a corner lounge designed by Fictive Fingers, sculpture by David Liew, and a sprawling interactive yarn and fabric archway by yours truly. On Sunday, a number of workshops will be taking place in the adjoining hall at the Aliwal Arts Center.
